How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will be processed within 5 business days. Delivery time generally takes 7-14 days.

Is there a free delivery option?

We offer free pick-ups at our Los Angeles or Joshua Tree locations. In some cases, we can offer free delivery within certain zip codes in Los Angeles and Joshua Tree. Please contact us with any questions about this option prior to placing your order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently do not offer international shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Return & Refund Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you have 30 days to return the items. They must be returned in their original condition and not used or damaged. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and arrangements with a carrier of your choosing. Please package the items properly and email a photo of the complete items before returning, as any items broken during transit will not be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged Items: We do our best to package our items carefully for their travel to you. But sometimes accidents happen and if any pieces were broken during transit, it must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. Our partner carriers request photos of any damaged items. Please attach these to your email. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to receive credit.
